I think we're experimenting with a new medium which,
by removing the professional constraints of other media,
and in not requiring the printing of thousands of copies,
which have to be such that someone will risk paying for their production, allows 'raw thinking' to occur in public, and not just in the hidden minds and notebooks of people thinking.
If any copies are made it's the readers who make them
and it's them who own the printing presses
'the means of production'
or rather of duplication,
for the original production is now seen as the personal action
that it always is
even when concealed behind the barriers of professional decency
and pride.
We're experimenting with this for the pleasure of doing it
