Yes, the belief that everything has to be designed to be 'foolproof' is one that surely has to change. More appropriate now is the notion of 'depending on everyone' to be fully capable. Everyone as creative.

The folly of saying that machines will be cleverer than people becomes evident when you ask 'who is saying this, a person or a machine?' and 'could a machine say that, or make any such general statement?'.

Yes indeed
- say the machines, but their voices are too quick to be heard.

We are in danger of under valuing ourselves and over valuing our creations.
