the architecture of all this

virtual reality
First I responded to a previous speaker who said something about the 'real' world and the 'unreal' one. I question this distinction. Everything is real to me, whether it be academic or otherwise. And I like to think that every moment is reality, wherever it is.

To me the nice thing about the term 'virtual reality', whether it be electronic or literary or architectural or otherwise, is that it reminds us that everything is to some extent a construction in mind, not coinciding exactly with the reality around us, whatever that may be, and that it varies for every moment and every person.
